This 19-story mixed-use high-rise is strategically located just six blocks from the Flushing Main Street subway station, the terminal for the 7 train and a significant commercial hub.
Rising to a height of 198 feet, the building encompasses a total area of 300,550 square feet. Of this, 100,340 square feet are allocated for residential use, 2,270 square feet are designated for a medical facility, and 101,610 square feet are dedicated to commercial space. The development will house 506 units, including 360 hotel rooms and 146 residential rentals. The building features distinct lobbies for the hotel and residential areas, parking accommodations for 82 bicycles, and an ample garage with a capacity for 198 vehicles.
