Job description

US Façade Inc. is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and professional Bilingual Public Relations Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and support the company’s external communications, business relationships, meetings, and day-to-day executive activities.

 

Please note: This is not a traditional desk-based Executive Assistant position. The employee will spend a significant amount of time accompanying the CEO to construction sites, client meetings, project walkthroughs, business meetings, industry events, and other appointments throughout the New York metropolitan area.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand and Corporate Image Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image, professional reputation, and visibility within the industry.
  • External Communications, Event and Business Hospitality: Plan and coordinate client events, industry exhibitions, opening ceremonies, project-related events, and internal company activities. Coordinate event venues, invitations, guest lists, promotional materials, schedules, and on-site arrangements. Accompany company leadership to important business meetings, client events, industry functions, and professional engagements.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, business partners, vendors, government agencies, industry organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Content and Promotional Materials: Draft, review, and edit company profiles, brochures, website content, project case studies, presentations, and social media content.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, executives, project managers, field personnel, vendors, and other business contacts.
  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills, with the ability to identify important information, decisions, deadlines, and follow-up items.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the CEO and the company.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the New York metropolitan area for meetings, appointments, and project visits.
  • Willing and able to work occasional weekends when required for scheduled business activities.
